Yes! You will need to use the app or the website to redeem points for things like complimentary brewed coffee, size upgrades and more.  To do this, just view the “Reward Points” link on the menu on this web site or use the Caribou Coffee app.

If you don’t have any activity on your Perks account for six months, the points in your account (no matter when they were earned) will expire and will no longer be available for redemptions.  “Activity” is defined as a check-in/visit or a Perk redemption in a Caribou Coffee or Coffee & Bagels store in the U.S.  

Simply complete the online enrollment form and enjoy your favorites at Caribou Coffee. Make sure that you check in with every visit to ensure you are recognized as a Perks member. The more you check in, the more you buy, the more rewards you'll earn. It’s that easy.


You will be able to see your points balance on the Caribou app, the Caribou Perks website and if you are opted into emails and push notifications.  In addition, your Caribou Coffee team member who checks you in at the store will also be able to see your point balance.

Usually you will have 14 days to redeem, but keep in mind that the length of Perks can vary so make sure you have the Perks App or have opted into email so you know how long you have to redeem.

You will receive an email or push notification if you have opted in as communication preferences. Also, you can download the App or visit CaribouPerks.com to view the rewards in your account at any time.

To combine gift cards or update your Perks card please log in and visit the "My Perks Card" page on caribouperks.com. If you are still having trouble please contact Customer Relations at 1.888.CARIBOU (1.888.227.4268).

If you lost your Perks card, you can pick up a new card on your next visit to a Caribou Coffee and then easily merge cards on the Perks Web site (on the "My Perks Card" page).  Or, you can contact Customer Relations at 1.888.CARIBOU (1.888.227.4268) and they'll set you up with a new Perks card.

Please contact our Customer Care at 1.888.227.4268 and give them the details of your visit (e.g. what store, the date and your ticket amount).

A “check in” is when a Perks member identifies themselves by showing the store team member the barcode on the app, providing their phone number or swiping their card at the register prior to a purchase. The more you check in, the more you can be rewarded with Perks!

You will earn 2 points per dollar on every purchase you make in a Caribou Coffee store (excluding gift cards).  Once you have 120 points, get a free beverage (any size, any drink) on us!  In addition, based on the number of points in your account you can redeem for things like brewed coffee, size upgrades and food. The choices will vary so check back often.
